Product Introduction

The equipment is designed for high-precision rolling of cathode and anode electrodes in the battery industry. It provides excellent uniformity in both the transverse and longitudinal directions. The processed electrodes feature superior surface quality and are suitable for applications requiring high consistency in rolling force and gap.

● The equipment can be placed inside a glove box for use.

● Integral gantry frame, CNC precision processing to ensure high accuracy and stability.

● Rollers are manufactured from imported cold-rolling alloy steel and undergo heat treatment, surface chrome plating, and deep cryogenic treatment, resulting in high hardness and excellent wear resistance.

● Patented hydraulic calendering mechanism ensures stable pressure and excellent rolling uniformity in both transverse and longitudinal directions.

● Inclined roller-gap adjustment device with digital dial indicator display.

● PLC and HMI operation, convenient to set each parameter.

● The surface of the rollers is treated with hard chrome plating, providing excellent rust resistance and easy maintenance.

● Optional unwinding and winding system available for continuous roll-to-roll calendering operation.
